Emergency Call Outs
We wanted to update you on how we’re responding to the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and how we are working to ensure we give you the best possible service at this difficult time. We have implemented changes to protect ourselves and our customers which will ensure that we can continue working through these tough times and provide emergency services to those in need.
We would politely request that where any work is required in an occupied property, that the following is adhered to stringently.
We will contact you with an accurate indication of arrival time. Should this change, we will inform you of the new arrival time.
We will announce ourselves on arrival and our engineers will carry out a pre-written risk assessment with the client, this will allow us to assess the risks, and what PPE will be required.
Keys should be provided for access or where not possible, please leave the front or back door unlocked and advise us of entry point.
Please isolate yourself and family members, including pets, to an area of the property that will not be affected by any relevant works behind a closed door.
We will carry out the prescribed works and clean down any surfaces we have touched upon completion.
We will announce our departure and let you know when you can come out when we leave.

I appreciate these measures may seem extreme but at this stage and given current government instruction, we are sure you can understand our concerns about minimising risk to both ourselves and our customers.
Please note that if you and your family are unable or unwilling to comply with these safety measures and do not follow these procedures, we will cease working and vacate the property immediately – the call out charge will remain in place.
